A suite of sea songs for recorders SATTB. Sailors have long sung about the female of the species - so we follow their fortunes to Amsterdam, bid a fond farewell in Spain, and finally sink, thanks to that most dangerous beauty, the mermaid. The occasional divisi should be observed if performing these pieces in ensemble, but in one-to-a-part performances the upper notes should be played.
