The title of this solo says it all! The upbeat tempo and swing style make one feel as if life is just a bowl of cherries. Written in A-B-A form, the A section is in C major with the B section in the relative minor. These two sections contrast melodically as well as harmonically with the B section featuring primary chords in A minor. Simple open fifths in the left hand of the A section will help to make this piece easy to learn and memorize. Ain't that sweet?
