Amazing Grace-Eight Songs of the Spirit [CF:114-41409]

Renowned flutist and New England Conservatory faculty member Paula Robison, along with Grammy Award-winning composer and guitarist Frederic Hand present Amazing Grace: Eight Songs of the Spirit. This collection represents their performance collaborations, containing arrangements of eight "spirit songs" drawn from all over the world. Says Robison, "When we first started playing together, we embarked on a delightful journey. We wanted to explore all kinds of music... We offer here a collection of songs of the spirit, music which has taken us beyond ourselves as we've played it and brought us to a special luminous place. We hope that these songs will give you as much joy as they have given us." These works can be performed as a suite in recital or used as individual hymns.
