Blues Nocturne [Alf:00-88883]

Reminiscent of Gershwin's Prelude, "Blue Lullaby," Robert Vandall has created here a full, rich and bluesy "night piece" for two late intermediate level pianists and two pianos. There is gentle syncopation, jazz harmonies, interesting rhythms, and full use of the keyboards---the artists sharing accompaniment and melody sections. Two scores are included.
