The father of the Italian composer Domenico Scarlatti, known for his 555 sonatas, Alessandro Scarlatti also wrote a large number of masterful pieces for the keyboard. Alessandro Longo edited this first volume of his collected harpsichord works. Volume 1 includes seven toccatas.
