Linda Studley's poem helps us realize that, despite the frustrations and anxieties from being alone and being silenced or voiceless as musicians, we have come to realize that we are still learning, growing, and sharing together in our communities, with so much purpose and meaning. The music reflects this spirit and is bright and hopeful.
