The driving rhythm of this piece will make it a winner with students. Written in A-B-A form, the A section has three-note chords in the right hand and fifths and octaves in the left hand. The rhythmic figure in this section alternates between the hands. The B section features broken chords divided between the hands. The use of pedal makes this section very melodic. The return of the A section builds to a fast and fun finish.
