"First Friends" is a jazz waltz. Think light and crisp on this one. Tempo can be flexible as long as the time doesn't drag. The solos section alternates between two chords. A six note scale is written that will enable a soloist to use one scale over the changes. The scale contains notes that are shared by the two alternating chords in the solo section.
