Mozart's three rondos are presented here as an excellent introduction to his Viennese piano style. The editors point out that the F Major rondo was later enhanced by Mozart for inclusion in his Sonata K.533, but all three were originally intended as independent piano performance pieces. The A minor Rondo K.511 is described as "one of the pinnacles of Mozart's piano music," with "searing emotional distress."
