Perhaps the apogee of George Perle's orchestral output, this piece was commissioned by the New York Philharmonic for its centenial celebrations. Although it has not yet been premiered( and cannot be performed until the New York Philharmonic actually does so) we're pleased to present this important score completed in February, 1994.
