In the final years of his life, Genzmer discovered the Celtic harp and wrote many solo pices and arrangements for it. These miniatures represent a selection from a series of more than 100 short pieces of medium difficulty. Genzmer saw this as an opportunity to write music for children and young people. The relevant (major) scale for tuning the harp is indicated for each piece, along with the notes to be tuned separately.
