String Town Tunes [CF:ASB1]

This is a wonderful collection that includes familiar folk songs, classical themes, seasonal carols and original tunes – 12 selections in all. The collection is progressively arranged, and each tune demonstrates and deals with a particular pedagogical challenge designed to guide the young musician toward the goal of mastering his or her string instrument. Emphasis is placed throughout on acquiring the best habits in the fundamentals of good string playing: proper tone, intonation and control of the bow.
