Tango Suite No. 1. By: Piper. Clarinet Solo.

This clarinet solo contains 4 unique movements, with each posing different challenges to the musicians. The first movement is rubato. The second keeps to a fixed meter and is set up as a multi-faceted tale. The third movement can be improvised over an accompanying ostinato; ideas for interpretation is also included. The fourth movement completes the suite with an overview of what has been played in the other movements.
