The Flood [HL:4007300]

The Flood was inspired on the disastrous flood that took place in the year of 1170 in the north of the Netherlands, eventually resulting in the creation of the Zuiderzee--now the province of Flevoland plus the IJsselmeer (Lake IJssel). This versatile work, which is available for concert band as well as fanfare band, has been written in such a way that many bands will be able to play it. Each instrument group comes out well, so that The Flood will be a joy for players and listeners alike.
