The Musical Timpanist [Alf:00-TS1]

A collection of five original solos based on the famous orchestral timpani parts of Mahler, Stravinsky, Bartok, Berlioz, and Beethoven. Musical and challenging, the solos are designed to develop the timpani student's rolls, dexterity, sound, dynamic control, and musicianship. One solo is for two timpani, one is for three timpani, and three require four timpani. These solos are great for contest.
