An excellent substitution to DOL0111; This set is comprised of two spiral bound volumes; Volume 1 includes: Braun ed.& Quantz; 'Pieces Sans Basse', Telemann; 'Fantasias for solo flute', Quantz; 'Fantasias and Capriccios',Bach; 'Solo Pour la Flute traversiere', Bach; 'Sonata a Traversa e Continuo' and Bach; 'Sonata per il Flauto traverso solo senza Bassa', (some with multiple transpositions for personal ease of play. Volume 2 contains "arrangements of string music that recorder players have become accustomed to palying". These include Bach's solo violin partias, twenty-nine from his cello suites, Marais' 'Couplets du Folies' and Telemann's lesser known, but amazing twelve fantasias for solo violin. These pieces have been transposed and arranged to the best suite the range of the recorder. 218 pages in all, with additional pages of notes in the back.
